Are the training workshops virtual or in-person?
We offer in-person and virtual design thinking workshops. We’ll help you choose the right format for your objectives and location, or a blend of both.
How long are your design thinking training programs?
We design the training scope and schedule to fit your needs. Our timelines range from a handful of full-day sessions to a phased approach that’s delivered across 2-3 months. Some clients opt for multi-week breaks in between sessions to apply lessons and work on tasks before coming back together. We’ll work with you to design the right pace and depth for your program.
How long are the training sessions?
Workshops can range from 90 minutes to full-day sessions, depending on what we’re working on that day.
How many employees can participate?
Our design thinking training workshops include employees and consumers, so your team develops empathy for customers and learns how to involve them in the process. Many projects include 12-15 internal trainees and 12-15 customer participants, but we can scale up or down depending on your goals and the level of interaction you're looking for.
